Booking Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation through our site, you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation
   The booking will be considered valid only after receiving the confirmation by email and the payment of the deposit, if applicable. The availability of the apartment will be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving the request. The reservation can only be made by an adult.
2. Cancellation and Modification Policies
   
   • Cancellations made within 14 days of the expected arrival date will be fully refunded.
   • Cancellations made within 7 days of the expected arrival date allow a refund of 50% of the total amount.
   • No refund will be given for cancellations made within 6 days of the scheduled arrival date.

Any changes to your reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

1. Payments
   At the time of booking, the entire amount requested must be paid using the following payment methods: credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.
2. Check-in and Check-out

1. • Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
   • Check-out: by 12:00.

Check-in and check-out times can be flexible and always in agreement with the manager . We remind you that since these are holiday apartments and not a hotel, there is no reception and consequently no fixed presence of staff.

Any unscheduled late check-out may incur additional charges, as will any check-ins after 9:00 PM.

1. Rules of the Structure

1. • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
   • Pets are not allowed.
   • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged additional fees for repairs.
   • It is forbidden to organize parties or events without authorization.

1. Personal Data
   All data provided during the booking will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. They will never be shared with third parties except for purposes strictly related to the management of the booking.
2. Responsibility

The apartment manager is not responsible for any theft, damage or accidents that occur during the stay, unless attributable to direct negligence.

1. Competent Court

Any dispute relating to the reservation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the city of Siena.
